Meet the people of Hope Economy

Relationships are at the heart of our work – even behind the scenes. Each member of the Hope Economy team has a unique story to tell. Yet, we’re all working towards one goal:

An end to the isolation of financial struggle.

Rosie Kendall

CEO of Hope Economy

Originally from the UK, Rosie has been working for Hope Economy (formerly CAP Australia) for over 13 years. She loves the Church, and has a passion to see individuals, families and communities flourish.

Rosie is a wife and mum to three daughters – and when she’s not at work, she can be found reading a good book with some Yorkshire tea, camping with her family, or serving on the finance team at her local church.

My why“I love the Church, and feel called to help churches flourish. I don’t believe a church can truly say it’s flourishing if it’s not working for the good of those in need around them.”
